We headed off to District Bell Boating at Fairlands Lakes today with our picnic, raincoats, sun hats and sun cream all packed!  The 8th Letchworth cubs paddled their hearts out and went on to win 3 races and lost 3 races coming third overall in the competition with 5th Letchworth taking the trophy.  The parents and leaders even had a go at the end which nearly ended in disaster with the red boat looking like Continue reading →
